While traveling in the area, the Aqua-Hot on our Renegade Classic stopped working leaving us with no hot water. I called before business hours and received a prompt response from Brian. They got us in that very day and worked with Aqua-Hot regarding the warranty claim. They worked late into the night diagnosing and repairing the problem(s). The next morning the Aqua-Hot was working and we have hot water again! They also fixed an issue with the airbags on our Peterbilt and it took less than 10 minutes! Brian, Mike and Scott went above and beyond. We will definitely be back and plan to have them service our Renegade next year. We highly recommend B&S Mobile RV Service & Repair!! Thank you guys!
Brian showed up on time, assessed the problem and came up with a solution. He had quite a bit of inventory on hand in his truck to perform what seemed to be many types of repairs. Prices are reasonable and definitely lower than local RV businesses. Brian also repaired my father's motor home about 6 weeks ago and it is working great. I look forward to testing out the shower on our next trip. Brian is friendly, personable, and does a great job. Highly recommended. Thanks Brian!
