Chris was knowledgeable, kind and honest. We had issues with our AC and Chris was able to walk us through the different options as well as a plan for inevitably having to replace our unit since it’s quite old but at no point forced us to choose the most expensive option or pushed any particular product on us. Gonna stick with them in the future.“

They were the cheapest of the three quotes, they used Trane (recommended by Consumer Reports), their installers were patient with my questions, professional, genuine, helpful. The appearance of the work was clean and orderly and no debris left behind. They came back after install to help me diagnose a whistling issue caused by my zone dampers. Also their annual maintenance contracts are very economical and cheaper than a larger company I had been using. I had the pleasure of meeting "Mr. Turk", he still owns his own company and he and his staff, every single person I met, seems to care about providing great service to their customers. “Our AC was having some issues keeping up with the summer heat and we called Aaron Kight's local air company. The Kight family has a staple name in my hometown, Acton, meaning you know someone and trust someone with the Kight name. Aaron came out with his colleague to check up on the AC, replace the parts, and get it working smoothly. It did take up most of the day for them to fix, however I wasn't surprised or upset by it cause our furnace is about 30 years old so I know its a pain to get parts to fix. They did a wonderful job, were super friendly, and I'd recommend to anyone in the area to call them if they need help with AC or heat.“

“I've been with this company for a few years now and they have consistently offered excellent service. Even with the rising costs of everything I've kept the maintenance plan because it's a lot cheaper than replacing an unkept system. I highly recommend them.“
“Update: Jakes has stayed on top of the hvac problems we've had, to the extent of installing a new replacement system with even greater capabilities at no cost. Currently the system could not be working better! Fingers crossed the hot season will not create any issues.I am currently very disappointed with the ongoing struggle to get the system working properly and the challenge every time I need to reach someone for our commercial service support. I'm currently out of country and they have been having a hard time getting in contact with the right person to take care of this and simultaneously I'm afraid I'm going to have an outrageous utility bill for the first month as the unit seems to have run non-stop since the last time Chris was out. There needs to be a direct line for commercial users as rhe impact is too great on tenants. I'm beginning to question my decisions on this unit for our building renovation on Broad St.“
