I have 4 bischons that I take there anually. I got a dental estimate last year & one again this year for the same dog. Last year's had 10% discount handwritten on the paper if cleaning was done within 60 days of estimate. This year's had no such note handwritten on it. I called to make an appointment & noticed I was 2 days beyond the estimates expiration date. I asked if that was a problem & I was told I wouldn't get the 10% discount. I had actually assumed that was something they had done away with because it wasn't mentioned on my new estimate. I then asked if that meant if I waited until next year's annual exam and got another estimate, I would be offered 10%...read full review

The staff is always very friendly and kind. The Dr. is always kind and thorough with my pet, and makes sure I understand exactly what is going on with our puppy. If there is additional cost involved. Very nice place to take our puppy.
