We have used KORTE for over 10 years now. They have done everything from set up and service our generator to assess our drainage system and put in a sump pump. They make recommendations for what is needed for our water issues and let us know no service needed to prevent extra cost.They are friendly, explain the problem in ways that I understand. They are an ethical company that has proven to do their work well and when they say they are going to do it. Can't go wrong with the professional crew.
We had an issue with a pipe in our house and called Korte to come check it out. Not only did they arrive quickly, but they didn't charge us more than the standard visit fee because it ended up being a simple fix. On top of that -- and more importantly -- the two Korte employees were genuinely kind during the entirety of their visit. It was a nice experience, the second such experience we've had with them.
I will never call another service company. I had tree roots clogging my sewer drain. I dealt with knowledgeable professional people. Pipes were so clogged it took several hours to get it cleared. They took the time to do the job right and had the proper equipment to do it efficiently. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
