I went on a Monday when they first opened at 10am and I got right in. Allison cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She was nice and friendly, a lovely person. FYI, their website has online checkin and when I tried to checkin the website said this location doesn't use it, but when I got there they said it's set to not start letting people checkin until 5 minutes after they open.

I had Michael do a pixie on me and he transformed my shaggy hair to a cute hairstyle that I got many compliments. I was impressed with his cutting experience and will ask for him again.

I left cost cutters on maplecrest in tears, They lady was brand new and fresh out of school, ALONE. She totally chopped my hair way too short and so uneven and just HORRIBLE. I rarely complain, BUT i went straight to great clips and Cortez and his manager, and all the stylist for that matter was shocked at the cut and said they had not seen something that bad ever. Cortez DID wonders!!! he fixed it, it was way way too short compared to what I had shown the first lady but he worked MAGIC to get it presentable and he did an amazing job! his manager was helpful to me as well! they are an amazing team and i will return for ALL my cuts!Service: Haircut
