Tim had inspected my home in 2019 when I purchased it and I was very impressed with his findings. We decided that when we were going to sell that we wanted to do a pre-inspection prior to listing, so we had Acclaim come back. There were several things identified, so we called in a contractor to make the repairs. Our home was listed on a Friday and we accepted an offer the next day! The thoroughness of the inspection lead the buyer to not pursue their own inspection. We will recommend you to our friends and use your services again if we ever decide to sell/purchase another home.
Tim is very thorough, friendly and professional. We had to get 2 houses inspected and they did a very good job. I recommend them every time! If I could give more than 5 stars we would!
I am a real estate broker and have therefore worked with a few inspectors, though I am new to the Evansville area. Tim at Acclaim recently did an inspection of the home I'm purchasing, and I found his work to be absolutely top notch. Nothing escapes his notice, and his reports are in a very easy to read and understand format. I would recommend him without reservation to others!
