Little Heroes Pediatric Dentistry Dentists

“Today, my 3-year-old son was at daycare. It was a very traumatic experience when the daycare called and told me that my son ran on the playground, fell, and his teeth punctured through his lip. We quickly picked him up, called our regular pediatric dentist, and 4 other dentist offices, including my own regular dentist (plus my regular dermatologist’s office), asking for an emergency, same-day appointment for our son. Our regular pediatric dentist doesn’t work on Fridays but did call back later in the day. Out of the other four dentist offices, only Little Heroes was able to offer us an emergency, same-day appointment. So, within 2.5 hours of my son’s fall, we were seen by Dr. Gupta. We feel so lucky that our son was able to be seen so fast! Even better, the X-ray showed that all his teeth were fine, without any fractures. Dr. Gupta examined the teeth, and the teeth was not wiggling.

Dr. Gupta was very good at explaining the situation, including the precautions for the next two weeks, and that we should check our son’s teeth regularly for discoloration or any bumps at the top. Dr. Gupta even told us how we should treat the wound above his lip (with a bandage and Aquaphor). She is so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding, and I’m very grateful that her office offered us the emergency appointment, even though my son was a new patient.“
