My experience with owner, Susan Dolce, who co-signed on a home purchase for her daughter, Payton, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After I spent time and thousands of dollars on repairs for her and her daughter, Susan decided to abruptly walk away from the contract because she was "mad" the repairs were taking so long - something completely out of my control due to contractor schedules. Her lack of integrity in this transaction is evident, and her refusal to engage in direct communication only made matters worse. We followed Arab's (the owners) instructions, did all the prep work before initial application, i.e. stripped bedding, removed all clothing from house placed in trash bags in garage. Paid nearly $2000.00 up front. We were told our preparation was perfect. After first application we swept again, extensively. A couple weeks later owner returned for 2nd treatment, all of our clothes and bedding still bagged up. After 2nd application we swept and swept again.
