Ronnie pulled through in a very awkward situation, if there were any doubts whether these guys were insured I can assure you they are and they will do what they need to in the event a bad situation unfolds.
There was confusion on their part as I don't believe they have ever had to deal with damage to someone's property to this degree before.
It turns out they were communicating with their insurance broker rather than the actual insurance representative. Once they came to that realization I was sent the insurance money and my roof is in better shape than ever now.
These guys are honest and super hardworking and I highly recommend them.

Update on my roof damage and dealing with this company regarding insurance. my roof has been repaired and the insurance money came through, after reaching out it became clear that they have not dealt with this situation before and they were communicating with their insurance broker rather than the insurance agent that was representing the actual insurance company responsible for the payout. All things considered Ronnie and everyone that works at Terry's tree service are a hard-working and honest crew. I'm changing my review to reflect this new found realization, I do recommend these guys for any tree work you need taken care of.
Ron gave an estimate on Thursday & had the job done on Tuesday as scheduled. Ron's team did an excellent job of removing two trees in a matter of a few hours. They cleaned the area thoroughly. The price was most reasonable. We highly recommend this tree service.
