I have taken my pup somewhere before where they just hand you a guide on which shave guard you want not even knowing what it means or anything. However I came here and initially I took Mav to get a nail trim to introduce him and I was in contact with I believe Terri to schedule and she was amazing at communicating back and forth! Now upon the day of grooming, I had gotten Olivia and she was absolutely amazing! From the start she asked me what I wanted and could tell I needed a little guidance so she broke everything down for me.
