Optum Primary Care - New Albany

As someone who has severe and weird reactions to the most basic medications I love this practice!! I finally feel heard. All calls are returned and scripts filled quickly. I am grateful for the staff and NPs that I’ve seen.

This place doesn't deserve all of these negative reviews. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. Dr. Trapp is amazing. She makes me feel so comfortable and everyone here has always made me feel like they genuinely care about me as not just another patient but as an individual. I refuse to go anywhere else.

My experience today was great!!!! The nurse was so kind and caring and took the time to chat, didn’t make me feel like they were wanting me in and out. Dr. Wooten was SO kind and attentive to what I was saying. I really needed and appreciated their kindness today. Thank you all!
