This place has improved greatly. I used to get nervous about giving blood but they have professional ladies in there that make it seem effortless. Wait times are never too bad and the people are kind.
If there is a BETTER VA facility in the country Ide have to see it!! Im blown away by the speed and thoroughness at the New Albany IN VA. Check in is extremely easy with smiling faces. Every visit Ive ever had there Ide no sooner checked in, made a quick restroom visit and my name is being called. Seamless. ..It seems like people in general are quick to complain these days and rarely does good work get the acolades it deserves. ...Well Im giving the entire New Albany IN VA one big shout out!!!! They ARE the model for a world class healthcare facility in my opinion!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The bottom line is, they genuinely care about their patients. Your health is up to you to manage, so speak up and they'll help you be healthy. They aren't fortune tellers, so don't get made about something they didn't see within your 30 minute visit. Be aggressive and they'll help you be healthy.
