This company is great! Chris came out same day when our air went out. Unfortunately our 29 year old system could not be repaired any longer, and they installed new furnace and air conditioner. The installers (Michael and Dallas) were professional and cleaned up after the installation. We have been very cool ever since. I definitely recommend New Albany Heating & Air Conditioning!
We have used many services over the years but never have had such wonderful service as we received from New Albany HVAC. Chris Prow immediately responded and saved us from having to install new equipment. It was unbelievable! He had it all fixed and out the door within the hour. Their integrity is unsurpassed. Ike is the best. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions while cleaning my coils and had my unit working properly and efficiently. Pricing is reasonable. I would recommend Ike specifically to anyone thinking about using this company.
