I had a red light turn on at 10:00pm on my thermostat indicating a service issue so I called at 8:00 am the next morning to have a service person to come and locate the problem with my furnace. This was Friday Jan 2, 2026 and I had a funeral I needed to be at by 12:30 pm. Billy, the service man, scheduled me for his first call. He was fast and efficient checking the furnace out well and reset the thermostat. Thankfully no major problems were found and I was able to make it on time to the funeral.
