“This place is absolutely amazing!! I went got a full lip filler with Brooke. She was so kind and understanding. I had a my lips done previously at another place and had experienced some pain and was very nervous about getting it done again. I explained everything to Brooke and she very understanding with my concerns. She put the numbing cream on and left it on for longer then normal!! I felt hardly nothing, knowing some injection spots it's unavoidable. After I viewed the Facebook page and website I was very nervous about going some place that sucj beautiful women work, I struggle with confidence and I was frankly intimidated. Well, I was completely wrong! I was treated very well and made to feel very comfortable. I felt no judgement and was made to feel so welcome. The atmosphere was amazing. If anyone reads this and struggles with feeling they don't fit in at a place like this, you are wrong!! I will share about my experience to anyone who listens!! “First of all, the doctors and medical staff are great. Shout out to Dr. Knable especially. The admin staff are friendly and helpful, if not a little overwhelmed, due to the high volume of clients. I had a scheduling issue last week, followed by not having the best exchange with a front desk receptionist. I left a clear and direct, but not mean, message for management and assumed that was the best I would get. To my surprise, they got back to me with an appointment time later that day, which was fantastic. I get that things happen, and I was happy with how it was handled. But then, a couple of hours later, the receptionist called me, apologized for her response, and explained where things went a little sideways. In a world where customer service seems like a lost skill most of the time, I was blown away by the sincere and quick response addressing my concerns, which weren't a huge deal to begin with. I thought it was a memorable and RARE response and wanted to share it.“
