“I am the president of the board of directors at Swan Pointe, a community of 216 condominiums and 104 patio homes on 56 acres. I am extremely pleased with BrightView. There are only a couple of lawn services in Louisville that are large enough to handle a community of our size. Over the years I have dealt with many of the staff from BrightView starting with Alan , Frank , and Laura, who are in management. I’ve also worked with Dennis, Chris, Willie and Jose, who are either crew leaders or hold other titles within the organization. BrightView takes care of our irrigation systems, and has done an amazing job helping us identify where all of our zones and valves were located. No other company was able to help us solve that problem. They take care of our snow removal, and by far their company has been outstanding. Our residents in Swan Pointe absolutely love Laura Wilder, our present account manager. She goes out of her way to respond to any of our needs both with our board as well as with our residents. Is BrightView perfect? No, but show me a business or person that is. They make mistakes, as we all do. But being in the Service Industry , as I have been all 45 years of my career, I learned that it is how you respond to situations and correct them in a timely manner that is critical for your business to thrive and grow. I love the relationship that I have built with this business and how they have supported Swan Pointe in various ways over the past few years. I highly recommend them for all of your landscaping needs.
