what are the things we all complain about when it comes to IT support?

- lack of dependability (not getting back to you when they say they will)
- attitude (they just don't seem to really care about what you're going thru)
- inability to fix the problem (they just don't ever actually fix it then start giving you excuses)

well Infinite Solutions is guilty of NONE of these things! I have never had this kind of service in tech support, and frankly, I've very rarely had anything approaching it in any other field either!
