I had a loose crown on top of an implant. The office staff and dentists are great. They got me in within 24 hours of my call, identified the fact that the screw to implant was loose at my appointment, removed filling in crown, tightened screw, refilled and sent me on my way. The epitome of excellent customer service combined with professional competency seems to be the mantra at Denzinger Family Dentistry!
I have been a patient for almost ten years if not more at Denzinger New Albany and I have yet to complain about their service. They are very professional and their hygienists are the best!
Allison did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was also so sweet. I always feel well taken care of when we go to Denzinger. They’re great with my husband who hates the dentist and also with our young kids.
