They came out the same day I called to put a plug in my water heater. Definitely grateful for the last minute service. My only issues would be the guy on the phone wasn't friendly at all, in fact he chuckled when I told him the situation I was in and also for a $2 plug and 30 minutes of his time it was $162 which I thought was a little steep but they did get me out of jam so oh well.

Our air handler unit needed to be replaced & they had it replaced in less than a week after our call. We have used them before & their service is #1. Good knowledge & great people.

Called about a water leak, I was scheduled for the next day but they were able to come the same day. Plumber was efficient, didn't create a mess, and fixed the leak well. They have done work for me previously, so I can't comment on the timeframe for new customers as others have posted. It is nice having a plumbing company in town!
