I bought my Modway home about a year ago. I'm retired, single and owning a home for the first time. I qualified for my home via Lacasa (Elkhart County, IN). Modway built my home and it was on the market long before I bought it. I am so thankful for Modway, a manufactured home that's well-built and affordable. During my one-year warranty, I could contact Modway and things would be taken care of. It wasn't big things... part of it was learning about how to own a home and proper maintenance, etc. If something did break, they would repair or replace it at no charge to me. It was great working with Adam! I have built with a previous company, and let me tell you the process was nothing like it was with Adam! Adam is very attentive and very good at responding promptly. No issues at all with communication! He met all our needs & went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new home! Definitely recommend Modway Homes ?
