South Shore Eye Care provides excellent care and attention to its patients. The medical staff is warm and welcoming, guiding patients through the prep process and making them feel at ease. Dr. Jones is professional, thorough, and explains diagnoses and procedures in detail. The entire staff is friendly, personable, and dedicated to providing the best possible care. The facility is clean, inviting, and equipped with state of the art technology, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
When my daughter wanted to get contacts instead of glasses, she had a very hard time learning how to use them. Dr. Jones and the staff went above and beyond to help her. They were very patient with her and even came up with some out of the box ideas to help her learn how to use them. I’m so grateful for them and I highly recommend Dr. Jones and the staff at South Shore Eye care.
Absolutely awesome place! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and bright. The Dr and his assistants are fantastic with kids and adults. They are very patient to listen and explain. I've taken my kids and I'm a patient and I recommend them to everyone.
Staff was super friendly from the time we walked in the door. They explained everything to my daughter and made her feel comfortable with all the tests.
