The salon has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, with staff who are nice, conversational, and great at making first-time clients feel at ease. The location is easy to find and has ample parking. One customer had a positive experience with the shampoo and cut service provided by a stylist named Ezzie. Another customer was hesitant about getting a haircut due to past bad experiences, but was very satisfied with the result at Lather Lounge.
