Needed urgent care, phoned this one, and no one answered! You could leave a message. A MESSAGE?! For urgent care? The Franciscan Health system runs wonderful facilities, and quality, compassionate care is one of their goals, so why is this happening at this location?

I will list some of my experience with the facilityWrong medication, I had to go to the emergency room for that. Dr. said I did not know that you have diabetes. he did not even apologize. Wrong medication that should not take together. Extremely RUDE staff. I need a paper to be signed for GYM got hard time for it to be signed claiming the Dr is very busy and he has a week to sign the paper.

My husband woke up feeling ill with flu like symptoms last week. Upon calling his PCP to see if we could be referred to a drive thru COVID-19 testing facility, her medical staff informed him that in order to be referred the dr would have to see us. The clinical staff lady then proceeded to tell him that there were no appointments available and referred us to urgent care. Now that I am trying to get paperwork completed to cover my time away from work after testing positive, I am being told the dr needs to see me and an appointment needs to be scheduled. What's the purpose of going to their Hammond Clinic Express Care where the results are shared with the patients... read full review
