Needed urgent care, phoned this one, and no one answered! You could leave a message. A MESSAGE?! For urgent care? The Franciscan Health system runs wonderful facilities, and quality, compassionate care is one of their goals, so why is this happening at this location?
I have been coming to the Franciscan Hammond Clinic with my family since the 1980s until present, 2021. My kids all were treated here and healthy and grown adults now. We come for immediate care to specialists appointments.
Horrible! The check in employees are ao rude! They speak at you and never make eye contact! Then I get sent to employee health and they are worse than the urgent care! The woman at the front deak the rudest one there! I'll just make the drive to University of Chicago where I receive all my health care! Never again!
