Stylist: Christina, she listened to what I was wanting, but did not hear me. She did give me a great cut, but the service was not up to par. I was informed that they were short staffed. The styling did not last. It fell out within 3 hours of my appointment time. She rushed through the appointment.

Been going to the location in Munster for about 10 years now. My new stylist is the best at taming my curly hair. Love this place. I’m never disappointed. Their prices are good too.

Today i surprised my mother with a hair appointment and when i called yesterday the Munster HairCuttery promised to get us in and they definitely did! They not only got us in but made sure we both were taken care of so beautifully by Alicia, essence and Russell! They guided us through the whole journey and treated us so sweetly! I appreciate all the advice and hair love we received today! We will for sure return! ❤️
