Hammond Clinic, (now called Franciscan Network), is consistently a reliable and excellent quality medical network, (since the 60s, when I was born).With the Expresscare facility, it is just as reliable and offers excellent quality service, too.Having used this facility for many years for many urgent and acute conditions, (such as sinusitis, bronchitis, sprains, injuries and more), I am satisfied and happy with the Expresscare ?

As an older sister, I had decided to go with my sister to this location as a help/guide due to this being her first experience going to the doctors as an adult. The front desk lady rudely asked me who I was, okay I could understand that, had she not been RUDE. I replied with “im her older sister, just guiding her along the way since she’s freshly 18 and has a bit anxiety going alone.” The lady proceeds to tell me she NEEDS my younger sisters social in order to pull up her insurance. Then makes a snobby comment saying that If I’m going to be guiding her I need to teach her to memorize her social in the snottiest tone. Receptionist was amazing, the nurse was great but the doctor, doctor Jefferson, was not so much and I won’t trust her with my life. My husband should’ve had more testing since he’s a stroke survivor and he ITP but she had no interest to hear his concerns and never ordered lab to check if he is ok. Instead she said go to your provider for a check up. Well, we came to you, aren’t you a doctor? Why to have many appointments and they have a lab in the clinic? Never coming back if this is the type of doctors or God knows if they are doctor they hire. Waiting for the bill to see the fancy itemized care she will put in there.
