I was referred to this pain clinic through Hammond ER, the facility was clean, the staff was very professional and patient friendly. I saw Dr. Shahbander he gave me a steroid injection in my neck , before the procedure the staff took great care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend this pain center I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I had a good visit with NP Julie Stein. She was very knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. She addressed my concerns about my knee and lower back pain. I also want to highlight the exceptional care provided by the entire staff. They are welcoming, accommodating and are genuinely attentive to the needs of their patients.
I always like coming to the office and speaking with Dr Maxfield. He always answers my questions and is very understanding of my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a pain specialist. Great work!
