I have went here for quite sometime never had any issues until I dropped a pair of frames off for a family member that were quite expensive the family member wanted to have there script put in I thought they would be safe they do not keep the cases they belong in but the woman explained they do that so they do not loose the frames my sister called to make and appointment and asked about the frames they had lost them tried to blame it on me and never offered to replace them at no cost or anything The eye Dr is always polite and Blaine is always on top of things but the front desk people need to be more organized I’m not coming back I could not afford to replace the Ed...read full review

Dr. Rumschlag has been my optometrist for 5+ years now. He's kind, caring and listens, plus does an awesome job with adults and children. Several years ago my daughter was pregnant and had an eye injury. We went to an eye specialist and they referred us to Dr. R. He promptly took care of my daughters eye injury, educated her on the dangers of sleeping in contacts for prolonged periods of time and did it all - for free. It's not often that you find a doctor or in this case, optometrist that goes out of his way to help a young, pregnant woman, and treat her with the same respect and kindness that he does his paying clients. Optometrist was great, the gal who helped me with my frames was great, wait time was not bad.... The office staff, ladies up front..terrible, well really just one lady. She seems like its her first day and has no clue what is going on. I called a few days after my exam to ask for a statement and it was like I was asking her to do brain surgery. I would recommend to friends and family, I think its a five star place with a 1 star employee.
