First time using Rooterman of Muncie which was sent by our home warranty company. We were very happy with their service. Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!

Called to get an estimate and the were able to fit me in for same day service for a new water heater. Drew and Jakob were great and efficient. Everyone was very friendly even Lindsay at the office, they were having phone issues. We wanted to upgrade the size of our water heater and they were able to do that. We would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. The price was affordable and the service was fantastic. We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Made an appointment same day and they were at my home within the hour. Drew was very thorough with his work which I really appreciated. He explained everything very well and took his time making sure he got my problem fixed. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!
