After the issues we faced with another local vet (which caused me to have PTSD), I was nervous to see Dr Reese. Her staff was welcoming. Dr Reese got on the floor to talk to Rozzi and do her exam. On. The. Floor. She gave her spray cheese (which I now must buy) to distract her and also get Rozzi to warm up to her (Rozzi loves allll the food). I was sure the cost of the visit plus meds was going to be over $300. Nope! Not even close! I asked if the meds had been added to my bill because I was shocked. Dr Reese explained everything including the possible and rare side effects of Rozzi’s meds. It was a great experience. We have finally found our vet.

I called Riverview to see if they could get our girl in for a second opinion. They were able to get her in immediately and the entire staff was compassionate and loving. Dr Reese came into the room and sat on the floor with us, and took her time with our girl. We lost one of our pups due to illness during this time and no fault of the staff at Riverview. They were exceptional and went above and beyond anything we expected. We have continued to use Riverview and will always recommend them for their empathy, professionalism, love for animals, and genuine care and kindness.

Omgoodness!! The staff here is amazing. We called them with our pregnant dachshund, Rue, having some very concerning issues. Our vet couldn't do a cesarean if needed. Local emergency vet couldn't do it. Headed to the closest VCA and they call 10 from there and said sorry we can't do it. Panicked we started making phone calls. Riverview answered our prayers. It was determined a cesarean was best. Surgery went great. Puppies were great. Price was not outrageous. And the entire staff was welcoming, cheerful and very accommodating. Everything was explained before and after. Thank you Thank you Thank you
