They have fixed my issues and the people who came out the maintenance people have been wonderful very professional I was very impressed with them there are other issues with the apartment that I have not reported yet such as wooden floor and kitchen has gaps has soft spots in the floor and have mold in the bathroom I have not requested those repairs at this point been worried about the big stuff like the heating but I will be reporting the other issues one of which a big one is there are five washers and five dryers in the laundry room only three washers and three dryers are working and that's been going on for at least 2 weeks other than that I love my apartment and...read full review
Love renting with Middletown living, always helpful and patient and caring about you and your family in an emergency maintenance is absolutely amazing we were surprised when we unfortunately had to make a maintenance ticket on our heat pump just completely stopped working being an emergency due to cold weather they were knocking on our door within an hour after reporting the problem amazing and very professional experience and efficiently took care of the issue and made sure we had space heaters and all was fixed before leaving.
I reached out real early in the morning, and then they reached out to me within an hour of opening, and had the issue fixed before i was home from work, I appreciate ya middle town living staff!
