Honest! They were up front and let me know that what I was asking and had been told was untrue. They could've just did a service call and took my money but instead the were Honest! Give them a try!!

Lamont was our technician for our oven that wasn't heating properly and retaining that heat. He came out very promptly on a Wednesday (we had an early appointment, for the record) and called about 10 minutes before he arrived. It took him a short time to find the burnt element, and he ordered it while standing in our kitchen.The price was very reasonable, and the quote we were given Wednesday was the same a few days later when he returned with our part to fix the oven. (Again, arrived promptly and called beforehand.)I'd say it took him 15 minutes to fully complete the repair.
