I provided diagrams of the rooms that were getting rigid core flooring but no one ever came out to measure. When they got here they started installing the flooring but half way through said they were going to be 100 sq ft short and that I could stop or keep going with the price increase. Of course I'm not going to stop when it's half done. I got the final bill and it was $900 more than the original estimate. I called and talked to Ron who said he didn't know anything about it but would look into it and get back to me. A week and a half later I didn't hear from him so called back and he would only deduct the price of the carton they took back to the... read full review
