I bought a pair of glasses with magnetic snap-on sunglasses frames. I went back a week later to get a second set of sunglass frames in case I lose the original and was told they were discontinued!!! They never mentioned they were discontinued and the were not disco priced!!?? SOLD ME AN OLD DISCONTINUED PAIR OF GLASSES WITHOUT A DISCOUNT!!! If I had known they were disco 'd I would not have bought them! Deceptive business practices!!!

Both doctors Horn and Matthews are great. I would highly recommend either of them. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Office staff could use a refresher in customer service best practices. They seem to have pervading attitude of not really caring.

Dr Matthews is very professional. I explained to him that I have never been able to get a pair of glasses that I was really happy with. He put me in a pair of glasses that I can drive at night now. I can now read a book... the newspaper that I haven't been able to do in over 20 years. If you aren't happy with your glasses.. he is the eye dr you need..
