As an AFAB nonbinary person with straight ear-length hair, I really enjoy going to this sports clips for my haircuts. I always feel welcomed and the stylists make sure to listen to my concerns and help me find mt style. I can't recommend any single stylist because they're all so friendly and skilled.
Requested style: When I first started going to sports clips, I used to get an undercut and long on top. Later, I wanted a shaggier look with a lot of texture but didn't know how to describe it to the stylists. They communicated with me very well and knew what I wanted better than I did, and taught me how to style it at home.
Hair type: I have straight ear length uncolored hair. I had a bad cut from a different shop that left me with a horrible fan-like cowlick and sports clip's stylists saved me from it with some style coaching.
I usually go to Great Clips at the Tillotson Avenue location but, I was limited on time and on the opposite side of town. I've been at the location on McGalliard Road before so, I felt comfortable with my decision. I'd just had a thorough hair cut not long ago so, I'd just stopped in for the front/top of my hair to be shaped up and I was very pleased with the service provided by Jennifer. To make this visit even better was to see the familiar face of Michael, the manager from the Tillotson Avenue location. It's great news to hear that he's now transferred his position to this location.

Awesome place to get a hair cut my husband came in and got his hair cut he showed him a picture and he was able to get exactly what he wanted. He did such a great job. He made sure to get his hair the way my husband likes it and styled it for him. Great place for a hair cut and only paid 22 dollar. I'm pretty sure senior citizens is 18 dollar a beard trim is 12 dollars I can't remember the rest but the pricing is good and so is the service Zach provides.

The gentleman that cut my son's hair was very friendly and the price was reasonable. I know it's a barber shop so mainly men go there but my girls needed a trim and since I had been there for my son I thought I'd see if he would do my girls hair and he did. Wish all people that cut hair were as nice and accommodating as he was.

This place is under new management and they are AMAZING!!!! The beds are hot and the bulbs are kept up. This is my new tanning place. The prices are definitely so much better than the other places in town. Give them a try! You won’t regret it!
I previously had a bad experience with Sun Tan City in a different town a few years back, but a couple months ago I decided to give this location a try and I'm so glad I did. Every time I come in I'm greeted with a "welcome in beautiful" and smiles. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable of their products. I love this place enough to get the monthly membership and make sure to stop in at least once a week. ❤️❤️

I was in dire need of a new nail salon. I have been to several and haven't been happy! I saw this place and decided to give it a shot! I was seated with "O". She did everything I asked and my nails were nothing short of perfect! I was floored with how quickly I was in and out of there and the price had my jaw on the floor! I’m super impressed with the level of excellence I experienced at this salon. I’m incredibly particular about my hair and was driving to Indy before but my stylist moved so I decided to try a new place closer to me and I was blown away by El and the entire staff. They listened to what I wanted and guided me to what I should do, provided complimentary drinks, and were super friendly to go above and beyond. They didn’t push products on me but thoroughly answered questions about anything I asked and I did purchase a few because I wanted to and I absolutely love what I got. Literally, such a gem of a place. They do children’s haircuts and men’s and waxing too! I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Nothing makes you feel more like a renewed person, than getting your hair done and being completely happy with it. Thank you!

This was my first visit to Dimensions. I was referred by a couple of friends who get their hair cuts here, so I tried it! I got a cut and color. I was very pleased with my results and will return. She was very quick and efficient and had self-confidence in herself, which I liked!

My wife and I walked into 111 for some flashes expecting a typical tattoo shop, but we walked into what could be described as a museum! The walls are covered in historical of flash sheets and artifacts that have been collected over an absurd amount of time from famous tattoo artists. Nate was knowledgeable on all aspects of his shop, including tattooing obviously! Nate has been tattooing at this location alone for almost 20 years, so getting tattooed by him was great fun. We had fantastic convos for the entirety of the two sessions, which helped past the time! The total time in shop was about 2 and a half hours but I'm not too sure, we were captivated by the shop in general! Personally, this shop hit everything I love about tattoos and then some! Now don't get it twisted, they do ALOT more than just American Traditional, so go check it out! The price was cheaper than most shops I've been as well, and we've been tatted in Indiana, California, and Colorado! In short, this shop blows the others out of the water! Go to 111 today and get tatted!
I got my second ear piercings here. My first ones were at Claire’s 9 years ago lol so I was definitely scared coming here getting it done by hand instead of by a gun. Hayleigh was SO sweet and patient and talked me through it since I’m terrified of needles. It went super quick and barely even hurt. Everything was sterile! A bonus was that the place was super cool with horror themes in it as well as a little gift shop!

I called at 8:30 am and they were here by 1:00pm the same day. They had my plumbing problem repaired fast and they made it look easy (which I know it was not). The men were courteous and respectful. They went the extra mile by unclogging my faucet filter when they noticed my water stream was not as strong as it should have been. An unexpected bonus is that my dishwasher had quit working about a month before this plumbing problem appeared and I decided to try it again today after they left and it is now working again. I thought I was going to have to replace the dishwasher soon but now I have it fixed by fixing the plumbing problem. The charge was very reasonable especially since it now saved me having to buy a dishwasher. I’m one very happy customer. Will never call any one else for any thing to do with plumbing

First time using Rooterman of Muncie which was sent by our home warranty company. We were very happy with their service. Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!

They honored the original estimate— despite COVID delays, utility company set-backs, Muncie railroad projects, lumber prices yo-yo-ing, etc. I would highly recommend them in the future. I was having some Foundation work done and the person who came out thought that we might have termites. I was referred to Justen from Bug off pest pros. He came out and inspected and said that we did not hsve termites. There was no charge and he let me know that termite inspections were always free and you should have inspections yearly. I would definitely recommend them!
DG Tree Trimming and Removal did a fantastic job for me today. Thirteen small trees were taken down, debris hauled away, and care was taken with my gate and lawn. The entire crew was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

So far, I love this dentist. During a crown removal and extraction that was infected, both the dentist and assistant made sure I knew what they were doing each step of the way, entertained me and kept my mind off of things with conversation and jokes. He made sure I didn't feel any pain with extra numbing injections and I appreciate them a lot for helping me with my dental anxiety. <3
My four kids have been going to Dr. Musal for almost ten years. He does a great job, the kids love him, and his staff always makes us feel welcomed. We’ve had everything done from wisdom teeth to braces to cavities, and even a couple of crowns during that time. Dr. Musal is well connected in the community and what he doesn’t do in his office, he sent us to excellent professionals. I highly recommend!!!

After the issues we faced with another local vet (which caused me to have PTSD), I was nervous to see Dr Reese. Her staff was welcoming. Dr Reese got on the floor to talk to Rozzi and do her exam. On. The. Floor. She gave her spray cheese (which I now must buy) to distract her and also get Rozzi to warm up to her (Rozzi loves allll the food). I was sure the cost of the visit plus meds was going to be over $300. Nope! Not even close! I asked if the meds had been added to my bill because I was shocked. Dr Reese explained everything including the possible and rare side effects of Rozzi’s meds. It was a great experience. We have finally found our vet.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The techs are very attention oriented and very patient with our animals. Dr. Fipp and Dr. Rebecca listen to your concerns and aid in understanding of complex issues with informative information.

Long and emotional update: This place is always worth the drive. We've been back a number of times since the original post. Seabeck remembered my little road kitty, and is always super excited to see his progress; whether good notes or good memory, both make a good doctor! Not as exciting, we found a one week old kitten outside in the rain. He was doing great, but when he wasn't, they had an appointment made for an hour later. We showed up 30mins before the appointment, and they took him back immediately. I'm not sure what strings were or weren't pulled, but I'm eternally grateful for them. They fought hard for him, and comforted us after he was gone. Little brings more comfort than to actually hear them doing everything they could. She asked what we wanted to do, but didn't ask too many questions (thank god). I didn't get any names unfortunately, but someone was so kind and kept apologizing, recognizing us from a recent appointment. One was a planned euthanasia, one was an emergency appointment. Original: First time we came here, I brought in a shelter cat for his free visit. A very kind staff member recognized him from when he was getting neutered and shots! She showed me pictures with him as a baby. Then, we go in yesterday for a kitten found in the road, and Dr. Seabeck and the other staff members took great care of this baby. They listened to my concerns, wrote everything down, and followed up on them. Dr. Seabeck was very honest in our options while still being very empathetic and gentle. We made a follow up appointment, received estimates with a full itemized list, and left feeling encouraged.
I was hesitant to bring my baby here because they only had 3.5 stars. I'm so glad I chose to bring him anyway. Receptionist were so kind and caring, Sami helped relieve a lot of the worries I had about my pup. Drs were very involved and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Dr. Avila did an amazing job at removing my poor dogs drain from his wound, and assured me of the recovery process. They even clipped my boys nails while he was sedated. I cannot thank them enough! So glad I trusted them with my baby, and you should too!
Above and beyond for communication! My furbaby gets excited when she gets here! Prices are competitive for the services we receive. Local business which is a plus!
So far so great! My dogs had a great experience. The environment is friendly and clean. The staff are helpful and patient. My dogs are large breeds. They came in for an evaluation to be able to be excepted for the day care/ boarding facilities. I like the idea of this so that there won’t be any surprises the day we board. They also have a large facility for boarding/ grooming and play areas. I like that we have the ability to know that our dogs will have all-day play while we are on vacation.
