I have been getting perms twice a year for years. I have been to so many places and couldn't get good results. Finally I found Susie and and got the best perm and cut that I have had in years, they use quality products, so glad I found a great stylist

Due to my dependence upon others to drive me to appointments and places around the area, my wife thought my hair needed to be done professionally for the first time in ten months. My wife had shaved my head after a surgery and had left a small patch longer that was unruly. Normally I go to my stylist in Greenwood that I've followed from salon to salon for nearly 20 years, but since that is a lot farther away than this local salon that my wife has been using for about eight years (and looking great!), she called her stylist and was able to squeeze in my hair cut. Even though the stylist wasn't quite ready for me at the arranged time, we ran a few errands and came back less than 15 minutes later when I was able to get a cut. As you can tell by my rating, I was very pleased with the quality of the cut and her willingness to squeeze my very affordable service in. I find it hard to rate salons since so many stylists are independent and depending upon who you go to, your experience can be really good or disastrous. Mine was quite pleasing and my stylist was masked since I needed to remove mine for the haircut. The salon is not large and counting the owner, there are three stylists that I believe use the same price list. Note that if you wish to use a credit card instead of cash, there is a small service fee to cover her additional costs to the credit companies. The salon sells product that the larger product shops sell, but the owner believes that her prices are lower because she has less overhead to cover than the large places (Like Ulta). The five star rating is mainly due to my wife's continual great results (and her friend's too who has been going here even longer.) I really appreciated that she found time to fit me in at a great price and only a short distance away. Review #3859
