I recently had a complete roof replacement (tear off, new shingles and gutters) performed by Petersen Construction. I am very pleased with entire the job. First of all, Petersen Construction is a small company, so I dealt directly with the owner Paul Peterson, as opposed to a salesman who is on commission. Paul was very informative as to the types of materials he would be using, and provided various options for the shingles themselves. Paul uses quality materials. For example, the shingles I received are class 4 hail rated, which reduces the probability of damage during a storm – not your typical “box store” shingles. After losing count of roofing “contractors” that failed to deliver, meeting Paul was a breath of fresh air. Paul is professional and dependable in every sense of the process, including working with insurance and finding the right products.
