John and his crew replaced all the shingles / waterproofing, replaced damaged decking, took out an attic vent fan that was not working and filled in the hole, and installed roofline venting. very responsive, did a great job - it all looks awesome!Services: Roof inspection

LJS Contractors is the best home improvement company I have worked with in the past 15 years. From the initial assessment to the final check-through, John knew exactly how to evaluate the job, what it would entail, and anticipate that there may be “surprises” along the way. He prepared my estimate very quickly, and once I signed the estimate, his crew was at my house within a few days (after finishing a couple of jobs ahead of mine). The crew of six, led by Juan, was highly qualified, knowledgeable, and efficient, and arrived on time and prepared to work.
