If you are needing exterior work done on your house, you have to go with LJS. My wife and I noticed a significant leak in our roof about a year ago and were getting quotes for quite some time. John came out and was great to work with from start to finish. He quoted us a fair price that would solve the problem, was able to complete our project in a timely manner, and took care of us at every turn. We are happy that we chose LJS to do our project and would easily recommend for others to do the same.
John and his crew replaced all the shingles / waterproofing, replaced damaged decking, took out an attic vent fan that was not working and filled in the hole, and installed roofline venting. very responsive, did a great job - it all looks awesome!Services: Roof inspection
