Everything about the interaction with Good Guys was exceptional. Their communication is second to none, keeping in touch both before and after the actual appointment. Shane let me know in advance that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He worked with efficiency and expertise, letting me know what he found and offering a suggestion. The entire process impressed me in this age of feeling like a number, and too often not interacting with a knowledgeable person.

Willy has always been professional, respectful, on time, and reliable. Every issue we have had, Willy got the job done. He knows customer service. He doesn’t oversell you, and he gets you back up and running as he did us. I called him and less than 24 hours he was out at our residence fixing the problem with our A/C unit and furnace.
