Matt was great, and well trained to handle opening my system. AIC jumped right on my late request to have my system maintained even though they weren’t my original installer.
My family is a brand new costumer this season and I am so sorry we didn't switch over sooner! Josh was our tech who came out to our house and I was blown away by his friendly attitude and great customer service. Our system is older and had not been maintained well by our last irrigation company, but he was able to quickly get it back into great shape. He went above and beyond by teaching me how to use it properly and walked me through setup. I would recommend to anyone around!
