I especially love the red bed. It is awesome for all kinds of ailments. I have all kinds of aches, pains and other things and I feel so much better after I get out. If you want to know the benefits of red light therapy do a search on Google. I am in no way affiliated just am in love with how much better I feel since using it and want everyone else to experience it also!
