I noticed our older heat pump wasn't keeping the home warm on Sunday. The compressor wasn't running and was tripping the breaker. I called Miles that day and set up an appointment for the next day, Monday. They stated they would be there between 9:00 and 10:00 A.M. They showed up right on time around 9:30. They diagnosed the issue as a seized compressor and recommended either replacing the compressor or replacing the heat pump due to the age of the unit. They stated they would provide quotes for both options by Tuesday. They were very professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job. Very focused and I didn't feel like the work was a burden on them. We'll always be calling them out for our heating/cooling needs. Thank you so much! It's been a rough weekend, but you guys really helped fix it in a heartbeat!
