“I noticed our older heat pump wasn't keeping our house warm on Sunday. The compressor wasn't running and was tripping the breaker when I tried to reset it. I called Miles that day and set up an appointment for the next day, Monday. They stated they would be there between 9:00 and 10:00 A.M. They showed up right on time around 9:30. They diagnosed the issue as a seized compressor and recommended either replacing the compressor or replacing the heat pump due to the age of the unit. They stated they would provide quotes for both options by Tuesday. Just a few hours later on Monday, I received quotes and ultimately decided to go with a new heat pump based on the pricing, increased efficiency, and the 10 year warranty. They scheduled the replacement for Thursday and arrived promptly to perform the replacement. They didn't charge me for the service call due to me recommending them to a coworker previously, and they honored their coupon I had found on their website.I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs, be it basic maintenance or whole unit replacements. They are honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and don't try to upsell you on something you don't need. They maintain good communications with the customer before, during, and after the service and arrive when they say they will so as to not waste your time. Their pricing is very competitive.
