They utilize texting as a swift means of communication which is a far cry from another vet I go to which was to sit on hold for upwards of 10 mins every time. LW is fully staffed, including a canine behaviorist, Kaitlin, who has been a godsend! The veterinarian we see has decades of knowledge and wisdom and truly cares not only for Tosi, my puppy, but also about me, a stressed out new mom! I can't say enough positive things about LW. Excellent.“

“I am a transporter and a horse I was hauling out of Indiana, was in need of a health certificate done at the last minute (trying to help my client), due to no available vets in the area of the horse. Dr. Randolph was flexible and able to squeeze us in the next morning of me calling. I was coming from Ohio to pick the horse up in Indiana and drive it the 3.5 hrs to Dr. Randolph. Great customer service, proficient, and professional.“

“Words cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tracey Eichenseer. Our baby girl Asia, a German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer in April. Aisa was given a couple weeks to live and due to the love that Dr. Tracey shows towards her patients and their owners she actually live about six weeks longer than expected. She encouraged her owner to do everything and anything to make her happy give her ice cream and pancakes if that’s what she wants, play, go to the lake.. and Asia did live her best life. “I have been with Tender Care for over 20 years and three dogs. The staff has changed quite a bit recently but Dr Harris and Cody have consistently been the ones that I work with and see. There have been some very difficult times when I wasn't sure the best course of action and they would refer me to other places if they felt there was more of an expertise needed that they didn't offer (rehab). The pricing is consistent with what you will find anywhere but the online store for getting all of the pet medications and flee and heart guard has sales.“

“It's the oldest business phone number I remember. I began taking my pets to the SB Animal Clinic in 1972 to see Dr Worley. Then Dr McGowan, Dr Buchs, Dr Kim, and of course Andrea has been 'dog whispering' to my Lhasa Apsos for a really long time, too. Dr Duncan has there long enough to understand the difference, too. It has lost much of the family charm that I so much appreciated. The clinic has always let me make payments for my pets, but not any longer. It's gone corporate on us and I may switch to Roseland if they will have me.The heart is missing and the corporate clowns have arrived. I can't even tell if the woman hiding in the tiny cubby even likes animals and it's just sort of breaking my heart.“

“I am new to the area. So far, I’ve been impressed by the care. I will say that the wait time is quite long. For both visits I waited about 40 mins. to be seen. On the second visit I was 10 mins. late for my appointment walking in the door, mainly because I knew the dog needed to walk around outside first, and I was told they might not honor my appointment. I found this a bit ridiculous.“
