I work at an agency that switched and it has been a nightmare. (Not sure if it is all TruPay's fault) Pay Amounts aren't correct. Accrual of time off is wrong. Printed out W-2 form electroncially. Now it is gone! Find out thru the office grapevine that it is due to an error. * There has been no information sent by my company or a note in Trupay about this.I mean for as many issues/errors that we have had I would have hoped that they would meet with our financace team and help them fix the errors they are creating.

I called TruPay to find out if they did individual tax returns, which they do not. They are for employers, not for the individual tax returns. The person I spoke to were professional, courteous, and kind with my questions on the phone, and did direct me further to contact other individual Tax return companies. That was a wonderful experience to not just be pushed aside because I had some thing other than what they normally work on. I will keep them in mind when I am working with a company that needs to have their services because of that.

My company has utilized TruPay for 15+ years. They excel in customer service and their software supports my small company in report generation, tax department questions, and of course timely payroll. We recommend them highly.
