I recently took a valued custom made rug to RugWorx. Although it was 20 years old, it hadn't had much actual wear until the last 5 years. At that time we moved its location to a higher traffic area and acquired a dog that infrequently may have an accident when excited. Joe, at RugWorx, explained the cleaning process and bought me to his work shop to actually show me how they would clean the rug. He also showed me devices he has to gently care for rugs with all sorts of additional needs. He seemed to have a genuine interest in rugs and their care. When I bought my clean rug home and unrolled it I was happily surprised at how vivid the colors appeared.
