I had broken my Chemistrie Clip sunglasses on vacation to visit family. I sent an email asking if that was something they could repair and Dr. Jordan welcomed me in and Amy did a speedy repair. Everyone I chatted with was great and Jen showed me some fun colorful frames to try. Great atmosphere!
I’ve been having trouble with my eyes for years and haven’t been able to get anyone to listen to me. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They heard my concerns and were incredibly open and supportive. When I got in to see Dr. Kristina, she was attentive and really listened to what I had to say. She ended up spending nearly an hour with me, talking to me at length about all of my symptoms, and ensuring that I felt heard. She made me a referral, and her staff was very diligent in getting that out. In less than two weeks I had a diagnosis, an appropriate prescription, and a treatment plan. I am so grateful to Dr. Kristina and her staff for the way they have helped me and I can’t wait to finally see clearly!!
