I buy beat-up old houses, rehab them, and sell them. I've bought 6 houses in the last 4 years and sold 4 of them. Dave Moffet at South Bend Heating has helped me with every house I've bought, to one extent or another. He's added a/c to existing furnaces, installed whole new HVAC systems, done pressure testing and repair of gas lines, and even done some ductwork. He's dependable, reasonable, and does great work. There are probably other good HVAC contractors in Michiana, but I can't believe that anyone is better than Dave.
