2 years ago, LaPorte County had the privilege to work with Tonn & Blank Construction LLC on the renovation of the Michigan City Courthouse. The project was designed by American Structurepoint and Tonn & Blank was hired by the County as the construction manager. The Tonn & Blank team worked well with the county and the design team to cut costs where possible, saving time and money, and staying within the budget. The project began on time, was completed on time and finished under budget.It was a pleasure working with Tonn & Blank and their construction team. Selecting Tonn and Blank as our design-build partner for the new Boys & Girls Club in Valpo was a great decision for us. Throughout the project, we were faced with material shortages and pricing increases, but they managed to complete the project ahead of schedule and within our original budget.
